This year it will be in at Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City, KS, Sunday September 12 thru Tuesday September 14, 2021. Registration will open soon, please check back for updates.

Great Wolf Lodge Kansas City. Room rates are $99 per night plus taxes Sunday and Monday night. The daily lodge fee of $29.99 will be waived. Up to six (6) water park passes per guest suite. One (1) per registered guest.
The code for our group is 2009IAACS. Guests can book online by going to greatwolf.com/kansas-city. Enter the group code in the Offer Code box. This will populate the appropriate rate for the group.
We do have a few rooms to the block on Fri and Sat at the $149 rate so if someone wants to arrive early and spend the weekend with their families in the water park they can. We currently have 5 rooms per night (Fri and Sat) blocked at the special rate. If you want to call you can use the same code to have access to the rate through the central reservation system at the toll free number 1-866-944-9653.
